1. Location must provide adequate parking.
2. Location must provide a minimum of two accessible electric plug sockets to connect our cables (maximum distance of 20 metres).
3. If the calipers or body components have been previously refurbished or sprayed you must notify us as this can affect the quality of our work.
4. Customer must provide accurate information when requested.
5. Customer must provide locking wheel nut key.
6. Bespoke Custom Calipers will not be liable if wheel nuts are not removable.
7. The customer must be ready at the agreed time. If later than 30 minutes, then a call out fee will be charged.
8. Please ensure calipers or body components are cleaned prior to us arriving.
9. Calipers are dependent on weather conditions and can only be completed during dry weather.
10. A non-refundable £25 deposit will be taken to confirm each booking.
11. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice must be given to cancel or rearrange a booking.
12. If any corrosion is present, the technician will do their up best to remove this, however the customer must be aware that imperfections may remain.
13. All wheels will be put back on to the vehicle and torqued to the manufactures recommendation and customer will have to confirm all 4 have been done (However it is recommended that 3-5 days after YOU ensure they are all still tight)
14. Bespoke Custom Calipers offer a 3 month paint warranty (However if the customer goes against the recommendation of what the technician advises for paint drying time etc then the warrant will be VOIDED)
